Si-Tm (Silicon-Thulium) Editor The Tm-Si phase diagram was drawn by [Moffatt] on the basis of work by [79Ian], who determined that Tm3Si5 is the only compound richer in Si than TmSi, and by [64Gla], who reported that Tm5Si3 is in equilibrium with TmSi and (Tm), and a presumed similarity to the Er-Si system at the RE-rich end. -H.O. 64Gla: E.I.
