Si-Sn (Silicon-Tin) R.W. Olesinski and G.J. Abbaschian The Si-Sn phase diagram shows a eutectic point with boundaries very close to the melting point of pure Sn. The assessed diagram is based primarily on evaluation of the work of [58Tru], [ 60Thu], [77Gir], and [82Kob].
