Se-Yb

Se-Yb (Selenium-Ytterbium) Editor The melting point of Se3Yb2, which was discovered by [37Kle], is >1665 C [ 61Mil]. An orthorhombic structure was reported for Se3Yb2 by [63Gui]. However, [64Mil] found that an alloy with the Se3Yb2 composition is two phase. The Se-Yb partial diagram has been redrawn from [66Gui]. bSe4Yb3 and SeYb have appreciable homogeneity ranges, but the phase boundary between them is not clear.
