As-Te (Arsenic-Tellurium) Editor The thermal analysis data on the As-Te phase diagram obtained by [68Eif] and [ 73Cor] agree quite well. The diagram proposed earlier by [08Pel] is only in fair agreement. The sublimation point of As is 614 C, and melting of As occurs under higher pressures. The melting point of As2Te3 is 381 C [68Eif]. The crystal structure of As2Te3 was determined by [63Car]. The solubility of As in (Te) is 0.005 at.% according to density and electrical conductivity measurements [63Ver].-H.O. 08Pel: H.
