Rh-Sm (Rhodium-Samarium) Editor [Moffatt] proposed a schematic diagram based on Rh-Sm compounds quoted by [ 89Bla] and [73Gha] and assuming a similarity to the Nd-Rh system. Some modifications were made in the phase diagram. Rh3Sm is a low-temperature phase [73Gha]. Rh2Sm must have some homogeneity range because of appreciable composition dependence of the lattice parameter reported by [73Gha]. Rh3Sm4 in [73Gha] should be Rh4Sm5, according to [76Ram]. Rh2Sm3 was found by [77Ler]. The crystal structures of bRh3Sm5 and aRh3Sm5 are probably isotypic with La5Rh3 and Er5Rh3, respectively [73Gha], but the polymorphic transformation temperature is unknown. [73Gha] found RhSm4, although [89Bla] quoted it as " RhSm3." The original composition is shown in the phase diagram.-H.O. 63Dwi: A.E.
