Os-Pr

Os-Pr (Osmium-Praseodymium) Editor [71Gri] determined the Pr-rich portion of the Os-Pr phase diagram (85 to 100 at.% Pr). (aPr) was reported to be in equilibrium with Os2Pr. [Moffatt] proposed a complete Os-Pr phase diagram based on this information and the presumption that no other intermediate phases exist. However, OsPr3 is known to exist [80Pal, 80San]. OsPr2 can be obtained in two crystalline forms [59Com] . The hexagonal phase is stable at high pressures [72Can].-H.O. 59Com: V.B. Compton and B.T.
