Nd-Te

Nd-Te (Neodymium-Tellurium) Editor The Nd-Te phase diagram has been redrawn from [66Zin]. The regions between " Nd3Te4" and "Nd2Te3" and between "Nd4Te7" and "NdTe2" form continuous solid solution ranges. Nd3Te4 has a Th3P4 structure [62Mil], and orthorhombic Nd2Te3 is a low-temperature phase existing below ~1000 C [63Fla]. The phase relationship between Nd3Te4 and Nd2Te3 and the homogeneity range of each phase are unknown. Therefore, the identification of phases in the diagram is tentative.-H.O. 55Ian: A.
