Ce-Nd (Cerium-Neodymium) K.A. Gschneidner, Jr. and F.W. Calderwood [68Spe] conducted lattice parameter studies for this alloy system. In the Ce- rich fcc region, the lattice spacings appear to be independent of composition. A small positive deviation from ideality exists for both the a and c lattice spacings in the dcph region, except at Nd content greater than 90 at.%, where a small negative deviation from ideality exists.
