Cd-Pb (Cadmium-Lead) J. Dutkiewicz, Z. Moser, and W. Zakulski The assessed Cd-Pb phase diagram indicates a simple eutectic system with two solid solution phases, (Cd) and (Pb). The liquidus curves established by the cooling curve method in [1892Hey], [1894Hey], [07Jae], [07Sto], [11Bar], [ 23Goe], [28Abe], and [80Sch], and by microcalorimetry in [59Sch], have been used to draw the assessed diagram. The eutectic at 71.9 at.% Pb and 248 C is based on the work of [23Goe], [24Coo], [38Rol], [59Sch], and [80Sch]. The solubility of Pb in solid (Cd) is 0.006 at.% Pb at 250 C according to [ 72Ale], but it should be confirmed by further investigations. The maximum solubility of 5.9 at.% Cd in (Pb) at 248 C given in [38Rol], [59Sch], and [ 64Lar] is accepted in the present assessment. 1892Hey: C.T. Heycock and F.H. Neville, J. Chem.
