Ba-Sc (Barium-Scandium) Editor [88Alt] determined the Ba-Sc phase diagram by metallo-graphic, X-ray, and differential thermal analyses. The melting point of Ba, together with the L = ( Ba) + (aSc) eutectic temperature, was increased by ~20 C for consistency with [Melt].
