Au-Pd (Gold-Palladium) H. Okamoto and T. B. Massalski The equilibrium phases of the Au-Pd system are (1) the liquid, L; and (2) the fcc continuous solid solution, (Au,Pd). Ordering has been confirmed in the solid solution phase field in the range of two stoichiometric compositions, Au3Pd and AuPd3. An ordered structure, AuPd, may also exist at low temperatures (below ~100 C). The assessed phase diagram is based primarily on the work of [06Rue], [65Nag], [66Mat], and [71Kaw]. The liquidus and solidus in the present diagram were drawn according to calculated results, which are in good agreement with the experimental data of [06Rue]. 06Rue: R. Ruer, Z. Anorg.
